The Temple of DEVO (ca. 2012)
The presentation was unorthodox, to say the least. I created all of the digital illustrations throughout the site, inspired by proper DEVO aesthetics from circa 1981…
The premise was that the viewer was entering the Temple itself; inside of the Temple was a world of exploration featuring an expertly curated collection of items…
The site came to an end when the owner neglected to pay the web hosting fee, and those pesky Internet con artists snatched up the domain name and set up some kinda bogus website. Let this be a lesson to all of you.
